So good! The cones are the perfect combination of soft and yet still have a crunch to it. Tons of choices as well.

I cannot state how much I love this place. The desserts are so Ono and pretty and the ideas are creative.

Crispy bubble waffles, yummy ice cream, two toppings and a sauce included for the $8 treat. We tried the daily special chocolate chip dough ice cream with Oreos, marshmallows, and a caramel sauce. So good, we would definitely come back again.

One of the best deserts I’ve had in my entire life. The waffle cones are fluffy and chewy, the chocolate one is the best flavor! You get to choose your flavor of waffle, soft serve, 2 toppings (some are an extra charge which is worth it) and a choice of drizzle! While some of the reviews complained of cost vs quality I highly disagree. These are wonderfully delicious and we have gone multiple times through our stay, they exceeded our expectations and are amazingly perfect.

There is usually a flavor of the day for ice cream and sometimes a non-dairy option as well. These bubble waffles are made to order so be prepared to wait, especially if it's busy. Definitely delicious though and will give you the sugar rush you need if you're looking for a pick me up!

It's a hidden treasure! It cost $21 for us to get 2 bubble waffle cones. While the ice cream itself is simply ice cream, the bubble waffle & toppings bring it to the next level. They have pumpkin spice bubble waffles right now! I had the original, which was perfect. The bubbles are actually doughy, not hollow like I had thought. It's our new favorite dessert place.

I've been two Double Three at City Square Shopping Center (in Kalihi) twice and I've been extremely happy on both occasions. Double three is located in a small storefront, has no indoor seating, and is a few shops north of Kam Bakery. It should be noted that signage (and common sense) indicate that after you're done placing your order and paying, you should wait outside so others have space to order and pay as well. Now on to the good stuff, the dessert... let's get the obvious out of the way and roughly $14 for a dessert is not inexpensive. But is it worth it? In my opinion, yes it's worthwhile for a "special occasion" or "once in a while" treat. You won't find me here everyday or even every week. The bubble waffle cone comes out warm and very satisfying, the soft serve flavors are great with the texture being just right. The toppings are fresh and delicious, but not overwhelming in terms of quantity. There is a large variety of choices for toppings and cones, but soft serve choices are limited. Also be aware of the fact that you may be in for a wait as each cone takes time, but it shows in the presentation. As previously stated, this is a great special occasion or once in a while treat for both kids and adults. Check it out and I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Double Three in Kalihi is a great spot to take the kids for some delicious treats. The prices are reasonable overall, though it can add up if you go all out. The only letdown for me was the cookie monster flavor, which leaned more towards coconut rather than the expected cookie dough or Oreo taste. However, the owner was very understanding when we raised this concern and even offered us credit, which was a nice gesture. On the bright side, I absolutely adore the milky vanilla with original, chocolate, or matcha bubble waffle. The combination is just heavenly. The kids are fans of the chocolate ice cream, which is always a hit. Next time, I plan on being more adventurous and trying out the flavor of the day. Overall, Double Three is a family-friendly place with some tasty options, and I look forward to our next visit. The ambiance at Double Three in Kalihi is cozy and intimate, with only one family allowed in the store at a time due to its small size. Despite the limited space, the rainbow wall adds a fun and beautiful touch to the atmosphere. It's not only visually appealing but also serves as a great backdrop for photos. The vibrant colors are sure to brighten up your visit and make for some memorable snapshots.

You can choose the soft serve flavor, add two toppings, and a flavor syrup. It's a large serving and would be advantageous to have a friend to share this dessert.
